Ghodexarax provides online language tutoring services connecting students with qualified language instructors. Our platform facilitates video lessons, learning materials, progress tracking, and related educational resources for language acquisition.
3. User Registration
To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are quoted in British Pounds Sterling unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our refund policy or as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Lesson Booking and Cancellation
Lessons must be booked through our platform according to tutor availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled lesson may result in forfeiture of that lesson credit. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in account restrictions.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You shall not engage in behaviour that is harassing, threatening, or disruptive to tutors or other users. Recording lessons without explicit consent from all parties is prohibited.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Ghodexarax platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, learning materials, and software, is the property of Ghodexarax or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ghodexarax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
